The WARP portable is a Wall Thickness Measuring Device precisely designed and manufactured for pipe extrusion; with the push of a button, the device is also capable of measuring the course inside a pipe section.

Advantages of using the INOEX Warp Portable:

– Can be used for wall thicknesses of 5-110 mm, depending on the material
– Data logging including timestamp and measurement position on pipe circumference

In regards to the final inspection of production or as a stock control device, the Warp Portable can be used flexibly as a fast centring aid in the start-up process.

The last 100 measured values, which includes the measuring angle on the pipe and time stamp, are stored and can be retrieved anytime by utilising the integrated touch display.
